Queer Karaoke on Wolfe Island

QUEER KARAOKE on WOLFE ISLAND Location: Wolfe Island Pub and Pizzeria (W.I.P.P.) Date: Saturday August 26th 2017 Time: 8:30pm-1am Join for a night of Queer Karaoke on Wolfe Island! Come over on the 8pm ferry, or later, from Kingston and meet and mingle, sing and chat with other LGBTQ2S+ folks at the Wolfe Island Pub and Pizzeria (W.I.P.P.). Get there early in case there is a full house. Feel free to invite friends. Allys welcome, no need to identify as LGBTQ2S+. http://www.thewipp.ca/ FOOD & DRINKS: Pizza, chicken fingers, fries, nachos, onion rings and ice cream available until 12:00am. Vegetarian and gluten free options available (not appropriate for Celiac or contamination reactions). DIRECTIONS: The Wolfe Island Pub and Pizzeria (W.I.P.P.), located just east of the summer ferry docking point. Turn left (east) immediately when you get off of the ferry and the W.I.P.P. will be on the right side of the road a short distance away. The venue is only a few feet from the Wolfe Island Bakery and right across the road from the Island Grill. ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION: Side entrance is wheelchair-accessible, but the door is not automatic. Bathrooms are gendered (but will not be gendered for the duration of the event - both bathrooms have lockable doors and only a single stall). The bathrooms are, unfortunately, not wide enough for a wheelchair or scooter; however, there are wheelchair/scooter accessible outdoor portable stalls about 30 meters away at a public access dock by the Wolfe Island Boat Club.
